A founding member of UCSB's PWA, Carol Parsons is currently the Executive Director in the Office of Academic Programs at UCSB. In addition to this position, Carol has worked at four outstanding universities and been hired as a management consultant for over 20 years by private and public institutions to assist them in addressing the challenges and capitalizing on the strengths of their employees, programs, teams and services.
